My background in newspaper, monthly Real Estate publications and internet advertising uniquely qualifies me to market properties for sale in Southwest Michigan. For 14 years in Southwest Michigan, primarily Berrien county, I assisted Realtors to market Real Estate.
I have been able to use this experience to craft a marketing program that is well rounded and effective. In addition, I use my photography skills to put properties in the best light. I use current technologies such as virtual tours present properties to buyers over the internet, in addition to more traditional methods of advertising.
I am always connected by cell phone, email and text messaging. My clients tell me frequently that they feel that they can always reach me in a short amount of time, if not immediately, which pleases them. Using SmartPhone technology, I always have listing information at my fingertips.
I share my expertise in internet marketing with other Realtors on a regular basis. For the past two years, I have been asked to speak at regional RE/MAX educational events. I have always felt that sharing information and helping my colleagues is the best way to build strong working relationships, which can benefit my clients when negotiations really count. I am patient, conscientous and outgoing. I think outside the box, and I'm not afraid to throw the box away, if it needs to be done to get the job done.

I have worked very successfully with First Time homebuyers, and have received numerous referrals from my new buyer clients to friends and family. I believe that this is a result of my efforts to educate buyers, to help them become informed buyers. Patience and understanding are paramount to my success with new buyers. It is a time that people find to be frightening, and as they learn more from me, I enjoy seeing them become more and more confident with the process.
I have also found that my skills in negotiating and arbitrating family issues have positioned me to be of particular value to homesellers, including families selling estate homes or properties. Because I maintain a cool head under fire, which has been recognized by many of my clients over the years, I have been instrumental in unifying families to a sense of purpose and direction.
