I love the way the wood gleams and the sun streams in. I love the big backyards with the lush expanse of green and i love the little patios with just enough room for a chic little bistro table. First time buyers - young families looking to move to our wonderful neck of the woods with its first rate schools - are absolutely my favorite clients! I can't help it...who wouldn't love helping someone buy their very first home and making their dream home come true? It's a privilege to help buyers connect with potential financing sources (if they so desire) and join them in the hunt for their first home. I love the challenge and I love getting to know my clients, not just as clients, but as people, who, more often than not, become friends too!
The family friendly neigborhoods of Oak Park and Agoura also offer many comfortable homes for the midrange buyer; I make it my business to know these areas. This is where I live, where I shop, eat and play. I am completely familiar with the various floorplans, what's on the market and what the average home is selling for.
