Get to Know Rochelle Engelby

I have worked in many different areas of the real estate industry.  Prior to obtaining my real estate broker license and starting a company with my husband, Ben,  I worked at an escrow office, and was also part of the management team at the number one wholesale lending division in the nation at Deutsche Bank.  My extensive knowledge and experience in different areas of the real estate industry have given me the resources to offer my clients exceptional service.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from San Diego State University. I am committed to continuous learning to expand my personal and professional development in order to add value to the service that I provide for my clients.

At twenty-one years old I purchased my first property and saw the value in investing in real estate for long term wealth and financial stability.I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and love of the business with my clients.

There is nothing more rewarding than helping a first time home buyer purchase their first home, finding an investor a great piece of property to add to their portfolio, or helping a family buy their dream home. I love the real estate profession and it shows through in my work and interaction with my clients.

Being a San Diego native, I am familiar with all areas throughout the county. I currently live and work in Ocean Beach and specialize in coastal homes. I am an expert in the market here and have extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods that make up the central coast area of San Diego.

I love working with people who are relocating or looking for a vacation home in San Diego. I enjoy sharing my love of the city and providing them with a guided tour from a locals perspective, in addition to finding them the perfect home.

Engelby Real Estate is a family run full service real estate brokerage specializing in coastal properties in San Diego.
