Roya was born in Iran, raised in Israel and since 1987, resides with her family, in Santa Monica.

She graduated from The New School for Social Research in New York with an MA in Political Economy, giving her knowledge of international economics .

Her diverse experiences with people and cultures has helped her to understand her clients, and consequently, save them time and effort. She specializes in North of Montana single family homes and income properties up to 4 units.   She successfully helped  homeowners downsize, families upgrade their homes, and clients invest on the Westside.

Roya is a volunteer for the “Santa Monica Protective Association” (a crime-fighting organization).  She worked to helped pass measure A for the Santa Monica – Malibu schools district  and her continued close involvement with the community helps educate referrals from friends and family who move to the Westside.
