Dave is an Associate Broker and Nancy is an agent with ReMax River Haven with offices in Beaverton, Gladwin, and Sugar Springs. We specialize in Residential, Commercial, Vacant Land and Recreational properties, as well as Short Sales and Foreclosure properies. We are members of the Clare/Gladwin Board of Realtors and serve on or have been on the Board as well. We are ABR trained and believe in continuing education is a must. We have been in real estate since 1999 and were both in manager positions prior to a real estate career. We enjoy very much working with the first time home buyer and with the bank owned properties as well. There is no challenge too big.
Dave and Nancy have 3 children, a son and 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. We have lived in Gladwin County all of our lives, and enjoy the small community and its closeness. Dave is a veteran of the Viet Nam war. We enjoy boating, golfing, riding quads and outdoor activities.
ReMax River Haven has three offices in Beaverton, Gladwin and Sugar Springs covering Gladwin County and surrounding area. We specialize in residential, waterfronts, hunting and recreational properties and commercial. We especially like the waterfronts for Wixom, Secord and Smallwood Lakes.
