Our areas of expertise are varied due to the large difference in things available in Newaygo County.  We have hunting lands, sporting activities (golf,fishing,snowmobiling,cross country skiing,hiking,kayaking just to mention a few), and this creates diversity in agents and a knowledge area much larger than just selling homes in the city.  We have large tracts of property, deer enclosures for raising them, waterfront homes on small lakes, and upto large dam backwaters.  We deal with new home building sites, double wide homes, stic k built homes, horse property, farm lands and even do commercial properties in some of the small communities.   We like to think of our selves as realtors who can sell any type of personal property that a client might own.  Our team is a full time group and our goal is to make people happy and to have a good experience along the way.
