Over the past 9 years I have assisted countless Buyers by helping them to achieve their goals of homeownership. In fact, my business is growing in large part due to the fact that the people I have helped in the past continue to refer me to their friends, family, co-workers, church members etc. and many are now in a position because of a lifestyle change that they are ready to make another move so they call me to help them again. I offer a full range of services that begins with a through assessment of the Buyer's profile including: goals, estimated time to achieve their goals and what must be done to in order to have a successful outcome- a closing. From there a strategy is put together and the mission begins.
I primarily work with Buyers but depending on the circumstances I list homes particularly if I originally sold the home to my client in the first place. I also represent the #1 selling Builder in the CSRA -CROWN COMMUNITIES- on site at Grove Landing in Grovetown, GA.
Grove Landing is a lovely amenitized community that dollar for dollar there offers more than any other Builder in it's price point. There is NOT another builder that is able to offer what Crown does "standard" with the square footage they offer at the price that Crown is able to deliver their homes.
