| I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding service I received from my realtor, Jean. She was very knowledgable and took the time to really understand my needs and wants in a home. In fact, with her help I feel I purchased my dream home! She was always very professional, but also personable, with a very charming personality and enjoyable presence. I never felt pressured or rushed with Jean. Jean took the necessary steps throughout my search and purchase to ensure that I viewed all the properties that were applicable to my needs. She researched any questions I had about property boundaries, nearby land use, railway paths, and the like. She accomodated me with answering any questions I had, regardless what time I called her. If she didn't have an immediate answer for me, she researched what I asked about and got back to me with surprisingly quick responses which were very thorough and detailed and provided me with the knowledge I needed to make a decision. I am very happy with my house purchase and relied very heavily on Jean's aggressive negotiating skills to get my price. She was very patient with me and provided wonderful advice and counsel.
