"The Real Estate Lady in Red," also known as SYLVIA YOUNG, is a native Californian and has been Finding Homes for Families and Families for Homes, since 1989.

 She specializes in 1-4 residential resale property units in the San Francisco, CA Bay Area.

 The early years of her career was spent gaining valuable knowledge and experience at nationally known real estate franchised brokerages, and smaller independent boutique brokerages. In 2005, she obtained her California Broker's license and founded SYLVIA YOUNG presents...,. In 2007, SYLVIA YOUNG presents..., became OPTIONS Realty Group.

 In 2017, she joined a real estate brokerage that specialized in multi-media, mortgage and real estate services, as a Broker-Associate and City Manager. She managed and oversaw an assigned geographical area, and recruited, hired, supervised and trained California Department of Real Estate Broker and Salesperson licensees.

 Dba OPTIONS Realty Group, she joined #TEAMFAST, at FAST REAL ESTATE, brokered by eXp Realty of California, Inc., in 2020, as a Broker-Associate. She founded the UJAMAA Collective @ TEAMFAST, a Tribe within the Team, as a support group for team members who shared a culture.

 She is an eXp Certified Express Offers Agent, an eXp Certified Relocation Agent, an eXp Certified Real Estate Owned (REO) Agent, an eXp Certified Affinity Agent and a Certified VA Agent. 

She has 25-years of contract negotiation as a former Chief Steward and Steward of Local 1555, of the Amalgamated Transit Union, Oakland, CA.

She is  currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Golden Gate Community Association, Oakland, CA, as Vice-President, and the Board of Directors of the Associated Real Property Brokers, Oakland, CA.
