I have been a Park City resident for over 33 years. I grew up in this great community, and now am happy to be raising my own family in Park City- it's never been a better place to live.
Park City is always growing and changing. I believe that in order to better understand real estate in our town and find the perfect place in our community, you have to begin by working with an experienced Realtor who's seen where we've been. After being blessed with decades in Park City, I can lend you this valuable perspective.
I have been helping buyers and sellers in all areas and neighborhoods of Park City and Deer Valley since 2001. I focus on listening extensively to my clients needs and goals. My hope is that my clients will benefit from my experience and knowledge of Park City, without feeling any pressure to move faster than a rate they're comfortable with.
During my thirteen years as a Realtor, I have helped clients buy and sell property of all types in every Park City neighborhood. I began in real estate by purchasing foreclosures, remodeling them and then selling the homes. I enjoyed the process and took pride in leaving a property in much better condition than I found it in. While doing this, I began representing other buyers and sellers and enjoyed it immensely. After a short time, I focused almost exclusively on helping clients buy and sell real estate.
