Prior to founding MetroCal Brokers, Connie was licensed at RE/MAX in Long Beach, where she received numerous awards and recognitions for her sales production. She was a Top Producing Agent for every year she was employee.   Topping off her achievement career with Lifetime Achievement award in her final year.   Connie maintained her top position every year, amongst all REMAX agents, no simple task.

Connie received her real estate license in 1996 after a long an lucrative career in apparel.  Coming from a family going back 4 generations in real estate, moving into real estate as a career was a natural progression.  And having been an investor since 1979, Connie has a passion for the business, not seen in most agents. Connie holds a Brokers licence, the highest licence you can receive from the Department of Real Estate.  She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute earning her GRI - in additions she hold a ABR and e-Pro degrees one for superior Buyer representation, and one for advanced knowledge in Technology.  Most recently she has earned her Short Sale Credentials.  As the market moved away from grand profits to sellers, Connie knew she needed to be in front of what the market was trending towards, always in the front, Connie believe in being proactive not reactive.  Her natural talent for industry sales has shone brightly since day one.  Her innate ability to forecast trend is respected by fellow associates from the industry.  During her first year as a real estate agent, Connie was aware Rockie of the year, never looking back.  She is currently an active member in the Pacific West Association of REALTORS. California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Women Council of Realtors.
