Prior to becomming a Real estate Broker Oakley was involved in the Management of a Fine dinning establishment near Disneyland. There not only did he organize and lead a large staff of employees, but honed his people skills with the different people and situations that the restaurant and lounge often brought.

His education is extensive. He holds a Degree from The University of Redlands and possesses a Juris Doctorate. This along with his experience explains why he is chosen by many to aide them in finding or selling a home.
