Nina's breadth of experience is enhanced by the civic leadership positions she has held. Her past service as an elected zoning councilwoman, allowed her to develop a detailed understanding of development and community building issues. In addition, her extensive business network, grown from a lifetime of service to the real estate industry, allows her to market to a global Realtor community on a personal level. Holding Broker's licenses in three states allows Nina to understand the real estate market on a scale larger than her immediate area. Her past experience with the volatile market in Florida helped her develop an inventory of skills that can greatly assist clients looking to buy or sell a distressed property. She has also practices in the resort market of Northeast Georgia in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where she successfully represents clients with second homes and investment properties.
