With almost 25 years in the real estate industry, Nina Betancourt brings an exceptional level of expertise to each of her transactions. In addition to her many years of outstanding sales achievement, Nina has a decade of experience training and coaching other sales associates. Her ability to negotiate win-win solutions and her problem-solving skills were honed while managing a large real estate office. She now applies those same proficiencies to the buyers and sellers with whom she works.
Nina specializes in the transit-served communities of Southern Westchester County. She understands that in a world of high energy prices, as well as the focus on sustainability, communities centered near transportation hubs are valuable commodities. When coupled with the outstanding educational resources in this area, as well as the proximity to the business opportunities and amenities of New York City, both buyers and sellers stand to benefit from their real estate investment here. She also understands that home buying and selling is a deeply personal decision, as she guides her clients through the unique character and attributes of a particular property.
Nina's breadth of experience is enhanced by the civic leadership positions she has held. Her past service as an elected zoning councilwoman, allowed her to develop a detailed understanding of development and community building issues. In addition, her extensive business network, grown from a lifetime of service to the real estate industry, allows her to market to a global Realtor community on a personal level. This provides her clients with a unique resource when making important real estate decisions.
Holding Broker's licenses in three states allows Nina to understand the real estate market on a scale larger than her local Westchester County area. Her experience with the volatile market in Florida helped her develop an inventory of skills that can greatly assist clients looking to buy or sell a distressed property. She has also practiced in the resort market of Northeast Georgia in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where she successfully represented clients with second homes and investment properties.
