Between being a recovering overachiever-Pinteresteque mother and walk-tall-in-a-slanted-world role model to my young daughter, avoiding communication landmines that present the threat of becoming another "failed marriage statistic" with my best friend, high school sweetheart, husbands, and partner in crime for over 18 years.
Choices we make, at the time the we think are small somehow become so momentous that we look back years later and see how what we thought were small decisions have altered our entire course and that sometimes unanswered prayers are some of the greatest gifts we receive.

I came home to aid the longest standing broker in the area become the first brokerage to advertise their listings on Craigist.org with HTML formatting I coded from scratch myself. (Super cutting edge in 2005/2006).
Enter the beginning-of-the-end of the Real Estate Market climb. In 2007 when the market started to topple, I found myself developing single agents into “Real Estate Team’s” through knowledge and utilization of Gary Keller’s “Millionaire Real Estate Agent” text and principles.
By early 2010, near foreclosure and with a 5 month old baby I faced my fears of selling and the comforts of making “other agents” successful and started selling Flipped properties for 3 Hedge Funds in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. I closed out 2010, after 10 months of selling real estate, with over 101 listings sold and over 30 Million Dollars in sales production.
My operation began to grow in 2011 as she partnered with one of the largest capital firms in the Bay Area to acquire, manage evictions, design/develop and sell over a half a Billion dollars in real estate assets through 2017.
Along the way, I have experienced Real Estate Trends as they were happening and months before they’d ever been reported by Real Estate Publications. I have worked in conjunction with the California Association of Realtors for years to help report what I see and experience in the markets so that they may best present information to the public on the status of our housing economy.
I stay involved with the formation of legislation that aids the homeowner and protects their rights to the benefits of homeownership and making it accessible to everyone.
An economics loving dork to the core, I continue to be involved with global partners & associations that work hand in hand with organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank, Goldman Sachs, Reuters & even the United Nations to continue to stay up to date on world economies and how they trickle down and affect our local markets and economies. Also with those connections, are able to network, market and sell for my clients at the highest level possible.
My belief is that I am to be an advocate for my clients, battling it out in the arena of today's ever changing Real Estate Market. It is my job to know the in’s and out’s.
