Nicholas has joined our team at Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties specializing in commercial office leasing and sales. He is a graduate of Western Carolina University where he obtained a B.S.B.A with a concentration in Marketing.  Nicholas brings his strong marketing and sales skills to the TradeMark team.  He works with landlords and tenants to implement the most valuable leasing and/or sales strategy throughout the Triangle.  Nicholas entered the real estate market over two years ago and has been a licensed NC real estate broker for over a year. 

He is a Raleigh native and is currently researching "Green" building practices working on educating his clients and employees on sustainable design and operations.  Nicholas is currently pursuing his LEED AP designation for Commercial Interirors. He is a member of the USGBC's Triangle Chapter Emerging Green Builder group and the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
