What home maintenance do I need to do in the spring?Spring 2024 One of the best things you can do for the resale of your home is maintain it. Maintaining your home also makes it more enjoyable to live in. Home sellers are never happy when they have to make costly improvements to sell their home or when they have to sell for less because they didn't maintain their home.There are several things you can do to maintain your home.
