Personal
I was born in Hong Kong, and has been a resident of Fremont since 1991. I fluently speak: Cantonese, Mandarin and English. I have a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento. I feel that my 10-year accounting/consulting experience gives me an edge in advising clients on making sound home buying and selling decisions. My specialty is first time home buyers, move-up buyers and sellers. Since joining Coldwell Banker Real Estate in 2003, I respect and protect each of my clients' interest above and beyond their expectations. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, traveling, and volunteering with various school programs and organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity.
