I was first licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1986.  Became a Licensed Broker in 1993.

I have experience in Residential, Commercial, Leases, 1031 Exchanges, Mortgage Loans, and many other aspects or the Real Estate Business.  This allows me to do 95% of my business from referrals. Because it doesn't matter what my clients need me for. I can help them.

I work in our beautiful Miraleste area of Palos Verdes office.  This is the area that has the red tile roofs, and the special framed signs on front of the properties. 

But my clients take me to all areas of the County (and sometimes other counties too!) to buy or sell their homes. 

My mission is to make my clients so happy with my services, that they'll readily refer me to their family members, friends, and co-workers.  It works great for me and for them.  It frees my time from getting new clients to be there to giving my existing clients the out-most service and care. 

I love what I do.  I love my clients. I am so blessed to have the most amazing clients and referrals. 

I work hard as a Consultant, helping clients making the difficult choices.  I understand that buying or selling our homes is one of the biggest transactions most people will ever be engaged in in their lives.

 I feel myself so blessed to be able to be part of this moment in people's lives, and helping make their experience an easier one, taking as much as the stress away from them and the moment as it is possible, and being there for them all the way.  This I do by way of having the experience to be able to foresee many of the problems before they actually happen.  This makes it easier to be prepared, and help avoid most of them before they even happen.  And by caring.
