A homeowner is going to remember their lender once a month for a long time, maybe up to 30 years.  I want the homeowner to experience a smooth transaction and efficient closing by accomplishing two things: teaching a borrower what they need to know and keeping a borrower informed on what they need to hear.  I believe every borrower shoud have a frank and honest consultation on the following information:

1) how their lender is protecting their personal financial information and personal documents;

2) how their lender intends to communicate the navigation of their loan application from pre - approval to funding;

3) how their lender makes decisions on everything from how interest rates and fees are determined, pre - approvals are made, underwriting decisions are finalized, documents for escrow are prepared and funds are wired to close a loan transaction.

My homeowners will always have the peace of mind combined with a thorough knowledge of how the lending process works to make a well informed and balanced decision in determining the right lender for today and for the future of their family's financing of their home.

In choosing the right lender, I have always stressed the importance of working with a lender who has the experience in closing exactly the type of transaction a borrower brings to a lender.  I have been involved in real estate financing since 1995 and have successfully closed transactions in the following areas: residential home purchases and refinances in the states of Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada and Hawaii as well as residential ground up construction of residential homes in the state of Washington.  I have worked with builders, developers, real estate agents and home buyers at new construction condominium projectss, condo conversions and single family residential developments.  I have worked in the mortgage banking community with smaller regional banks and with large national mortgage lenders.  I bring a knowledge of closing financing transactions that comes from working with all of the different parties and relationships involved in the purchase and refinancing of a real estate transaction.

My goal is to help the homeowner to become a well educated and informed decision maker in the process of either buying or refinancing a home.
