We have written a special program that cannot be found anywhere else in the industry that literally seeks out distressed, foreclosed, quick/short sales or simply discounted properties throughout the North Texas Multiple Listing System. Generally, we look for properties that are listed for much lower than the County Tax Assessment because normally that's a sign that there may be room for our clients to make a decent profit on their investment. We then use our extensive backgrounds and education in residential appraisal, property tax consulting and real estate sales specializing in this market to research each property and estimate it's value. If the property value is within an ideal range we then figure how much our clients could safely bid in order to produce a minimum of 30% profit of their investments. In addition to our abilities, we have surrounded ourselves with other professionals in the related fields that we feel need to be available and pre-approved through us to provide a smooth and complete transaction. We have carefully selected these associated businesses and/or persons who we feel confident will provide those additional services needed at your request. Our foreman is completely staffed to do most property repairs and maintenance, upgrades and beautification, trash-out services, lawn maintenance and landscaping. We also have Realtor Services, Residential Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Property Tax Advice, Mortgage Services, Hard Money Lenders and a Homeowners Insurance Agent who specializes in investment properties.
