I am the luckiest guy in real estate! I live and work in the most beautiful seaside community in the country...White Rock, British Columbia! I spent several years in the corporate world as VP Sales and and my biggest regret is that I didn't get into real estate sales many years earlier. On the positive side of working for one of Canada's largest employers, I learned the value of nuturing relationships and appreciating the value of clients...without clients, we have nothing but unfulfilled wishes.
