My true, long term relationship with my clients begin with the closing. When I handle every transaction in a manner that creates the highest degree of client satisfaction possible, I have earned their business, as well as all of their referrals. I do this in three steps.
Find out where you are now. I analyze the client's current financial situation (where they are now), and, through the interview process, establish their priorities, regarding their financial wishes (where they want to be). I then match their current financial situation & future financial wishes with a mortgage solution that is tailor-made to their goals (it gets them on the road to where they want to be) that best aligns with the client's life style. Get you to where you need to be.Once the client and I have agreed on the loan program, I expeditiously close the transaction with the least amount of inconvenience. Continue to save and stay on track. Once the loan closes, my job truly begins. Through consistent application of my database & client retention contact program, I stay in touch with my clients on a regular basis, advising them on how to best help themselves overcome their challenges, adding true value to the relationship. In the long term, I provide the client with a "one stop shop" for all current market trends & professional services referrals. Thus my mission is to create "raving fans" about my company by providing customer service that is "Legendary" not just "satisfactory."
In conclusion, I earn the right to be a trusted financial advisor by providing my clients with so much value that they consider me to be an integral part of their lives. At this point, they have become clients not just for one transaction, but clients for life .
