I have been a Real Estate professional for 7 years. I am 4th generation to Colorado. I have sold real estate in Resort areas throughout my career and work extremely hard to be ethical and honest. I am dedicated and enthusiastic. I go above and beyond the call of duty to insure that my clients transactions run smoothly and that they do not have to stress over the minor details... THATS MY JOB! Certifications
I work throughout Summit and Park County. I specialize in all types of properties and work with all types of Buyers and Sellers. There is no sale to big or to small. I have assisted many first time home buyers to get them into an affordable, suitable property. I have access to the Multiple Listing Service in Summit and Park County to provide all available listings to my Buyers as soon as they come on the market. For my Sellers, I have an extensive Market Proposal which includes TV commercials, full page ads through local advertisement, and Open Houses.
