| Sale with no stress ★★★★★ "Sale with no stress" that is what Lauren can promise. I got divorced and I am a single mom. My ex-husband and I decided we have to sell our townhouse since we got to the point it cost too much. We tried to sell it last year with no luck. It is a beautiful place with high-end touches. I would not sell it but taking care of the expenses alone was impossible for me. So this year we decided we have to sell it and we wanted to do it fast for top dollars. We knew we needed to find the best agent. Our neighbor who worked with Lauren several times recommended her. At that point we were a bit skeptical. "On this market nobody can sell it well" we thought. Surprise!!! Lauren put our home on the market and within 3 days it was sold for $50.000 more than the asking price. She is the best!!
