Kim Wetteland is a licensed realtor with Edina Realty. Kim graduated from The University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Music-Vocal Performance. Kim has over 15 years of sales and social service experience. She is an active member with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), St. Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR). She attends Grace Church in Roseville, volunteers in Roseville Schools, and has sung with various choral groups in the Twin Cities.

My job as an Exclusive Listing Specialist is to negotiate the highest and best offer for you, the Seller. Your home must stand out among the others so the right buyer finds your home. My job is to stay on top of market trends, keep currrent on sales values within your neighborhood, and aggressively marketing your home to sell it quickly at fair market value. I believe in telling you the truth about where your home should be priced to sell. Being honest with you, even if it isn’t what you want to hear places your interests above my own. All along the way, I want you to feel informed by communicating clearly from start to finish.
For Buyers:
My job as a Buyer's Agent is to negotiate an offer for the lowest price and best conditions possible for you, the buyer. The seller's agent wants to get the highest price and best conditions for the seller. Ultimately, I want to negotiate so that both parties can feel good about the transaction, but it is the Buyer's best interest that I am working for, not the Seller's.
