Video Inspections and Professional Photography. This will most accurately depict the condition of your home before a renter moves in, AND after they move out, for your protection. Also, our photographer will take high quality photographs to advertise the home in the best light.
Valuable 24 Hour Maintenance. Our staff is on hand to guarantee any problems that arise are handled promptly (before it results in damage to the property) and we don't charge to go out to the home to diagnose the problem. You only pay for the repair. We also make sure our prices are the lowest.
Rent Collection. Rents are directly deposited into your bank account every month (through ACH direct wire transfer) or sent to you in the mail, whichever you prefer. You're also able to view your statement online. We collect rent on the 1st and we are firm with tenants that rent be paid on time.
Evictions. These are rare but they do occur. We take every precaution in selecting a tenant so that this never becomes an issue. But, hard times do occur, and it is possible at some point that a tenant may not be able to pay their rent. We have the best attorneys that works with our office to streamline the eviction process and make sure you receive all money owed to you.
Monthly Financial Statements. These can be viewed easily in your account, which you can access through our Web site with your own login. We also update your accounting every month (to include all income data) which we conveniently compile into a year-end tax summary to include with your yearly filing.
Comprehensive Screening Process of Renters. This includes: Nationwide criminal check, credit checks (using TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax), employment verification, rental history (to ensure the renter has never defaulted on their rents or been evicted) and professional & personal references.
