First time home buyer?

You probably have many questions. How much house can I afford? Is it better to buy then rent? Is a fixer upper for me? How difficult is it to buy a foreclosure? Is this a good time to buy? No matter your questions, I have the answers. With my hands on, personal attention to your needs, my attention to details and my ability to really listen to your concerns, you'll get the information you need right away. Family Life?

Families are by far some of the best folks to work with! A family is defined in many ways and can come in varying stages.

We have the Newlyweds.  The newlyweds may or may not be first time homebuyers but they certainly do want a place to call their own. So by putting a lil' of your own sweat into an already existing home you could save money as well as earn a lil equity along the way. I can help you find a starter home that will fit your wants and needs while staying within your budget!

We have the Expectants. The expectants, also known as those with a "bun in the oven" are often times looking to upgrade from their starter home. Instead of the budget being the main focus, often times, the neighborhood, school district and room to grow are what they are most concerned with. No matter what may be first on your priority list, with me as your Realtor, we will find you the house that you can't wait to move into and call Home!

We have the On the Goers. The on the goers, as I call them, have already established their family. They are constantly trying to get one child to one activity while praying that they don't show up late to the next. Between their jobs, school, sports, church and social lives they are always moving. And when it comes time to for them to move into a new home they really need someone who can keep up with them and work around their busy schedule! With me as your Realtor you'll find that I am just like you, I'm an On the Goer myself. I know the rigorous schedules that you keep as a family and I will work hard, around your busy schedule and find you a house even as you sleep. Whether you're hoping to get that extra bonus room over the garage, live in a fabulous neighborhood or just move to the country so the kids have room to run I will find what you want and need. I work well under pressure and am every mindful of just how much you dont need any extra stesses from buying a home!

We have the (almost) Empty Nesters. This fabulous group have probably been there and done it. (probably more than once) They have either raised all of their children or are about to have the last bird spread his wings to fly away. Guess what? It's finally time to start thinking about that home that you've always wanted! A house that will suit your desires and not be solely based on neighborhood and school districts. You're going to need a Realtor who can advise you on what improvements to make on your current home before listing it to sell as well as helping you begin your search for your dream home. Relocation?

When it comes time to relocate for your job or any other reason, time is of the essence! I understand the importance of getting your home sold quickly, while still obtaining the best price. I've worked diligently over the last year with several people who were relocating for their job. I can say that I have not only listed but also brought the buyers to each of the relocations that I did within the last year! I am a Realtor who will do more than just take pictures of your house and hope that we get a buyer within your time frame to sell. I am a Realtor who will make it happen! Everytime that you sell a home you want it to sell quickly, but in the case of relocation, time is often the key factor.
