Kim is a second generation native Floridian. She holds an MBA from the University of Florida and worked for IBM out of graduate school in Raleigh, N. Carolina and Boca Raton, Florida. Kim started her consulting and real estate business, Turnkey Operations of Palm Beach County and Optima Properties, in 1985. She has served on local civic and charitable boards Boards and does extensive community service.

Kim was the Best Thing that Could have Happened to Us! "Kim was hired for us when we thought we could handle the buying process on our own. Besides buying an apartment of our dreams, Kim was the best thing that could happen to us. She managed everything with great knowledge, expertise, patients, and integrity. We had to work with lenders, seller's agents, lawyers, title company at the same time, which was not an easy process. Lenders were moving very slowly, therefore extra negotiations and extensions were required. Kim was on top of the situation and expertfully guided us through the process. Kim is absolutely the best, hands down. If you’re looking to purchase property and you’re not working with an exclusive buyer’s agent, the agent(s) you are working with are not working for you – even if they tell you they work for both sellers and buyers. They are working for the seller, period, which is critically important to understand. Kim is a true, exclusive buyer’s agent which means that every step of the way, she is focused in on your best interest, not the best interest of the seller. After working with Kim for the past several months on an incredibly complex and challenging real estate transaction, I can’t imagine that anyone could be better than or work harder than Kim. I’m absolutely positive that if it wasn’t for Kim, we would not have been able to purchase our dream home on the water – the transaction clearly would have fallen through. Kim also knows homes, condos, and townhouses inside and out and very quickly and easily can point out everything that is a potential issue with a property. That’s what a great buyer’s agent does as opposed to a seller’s agent who would focus only on the positives of a property in order to make a sale. She knows what replacement costs are for roofing, flooring, air conditioning components, water heaters, electrical panel upgrades, plumbing issues, impact windows and doors, sea walls, pools, etc., etc.. Kim ensures that you are going into a property with eyes wide open and assists with and advises on negotiations as well. Kim was there for us 110% and she very artfully and skillfully managed everything and everyone involved including the sellers, the seller’s agent, the seller’s attorney, the HOA board of directors, the property management company, the title company, the lender, the inspectors, us, and even our attorney! She knows exactly what she is doing and she is more responsive and communicative than even my own family; not kidding. In fact, even after the closing Kim is continuing to work with us and be there for us as we make the transition from our current home to our new home as well which is very helpful given our complex situation.
