Kathy is an Associate Broker and Branch Manager at Long and Foster Real Estate, the number one independent and family owned Real Estate firm in the USA! In addition to managing, Kathy delivers both live classroom training and Productivity Enhancement webinars as well as records HOW TO training videos to keep her agents ahead of the market and changing times.
She served on the Board of Directors for Montgomery County Association of REALTORS from 1995-2010, where she served as President in 2007. She is the former Chairperson for the Standard Forms Committee at Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS where she also served on the Board of Directors for over 5 years. A past recipient of the Distinguished Service Award for Montgomery County Association of Realtors as well as the Rose Chamberlain Hometown Hero award for charitable community efforts, Kathy is an avid fundraiser for Easter Seals. Among other fundraising activities throughout the year, she chairs an annual Casino Night event to raise money and awareness of Easter Seals, an organization who helps children with disabilities throughout the United States.
Kathy has served on various Tecchnology Committees and as a Beta tester for several technology marketing programs for real estate corporations.
Kathy enjoys training which she does for local associations of Realtors and nationally at real estate conventions. She has taught Social Media, Continuing Edication as well as motivational topics like Time Management, Creating Abundance, as well as Negotiation and Marketing.
In 2013, Kathy founded R3 Wellness Center, a holistic health center focused on Life Empowerment and healing from the inside out and outside in. She believes the key to inner peace and a joy-filled life is achieving balance of your mind, body and spirit. Check out www.R3WellnessCenter.com
