I work in a partnership with 3 other agents at Partners Trust Real Estate and Aquisitions. Our partnership is called Pence Hathorn Silver. We are John Hathorn, Charles Pence, Loraine Silver and Brett Silver.
I was raised in Venice California and have lived all over the Westside. I started selling properties 25 years ago and have consistantly out performed any other realtors in my market area.

In a typical year 70% my business is representing Sellers and 30% Buyers.
My average sale price in 2008 is about $3M, which is a reflection of where our office is located (high -end, North Santa Monica where land value properties cost $2.3M). Of course I will also represent those that are in the lower price ranges, within 20 miles of my office.
