About John;

I grew up, literally, watching my parents run the family business. This is what taught me the true meaning of doing work you can be proud to sign your name to, and also not being afraid of going the extra mile or working the extra hours to get an order out the door, to a waiting customer.

When I graduated High School at age 17, I was all set to join the US Air Force, and follow that path to becoming an electrical engineer, UNTIL I got a summer job at BC Rich Guitar Company. I spent my summer, and the next few years, building guitars for some of the biggest stars in the world!! 

Realizing that stardom doesn't necessarily pay the bills, and living the life of a professional musician, is not the best way to make a living, I took the lessons learned from my parents, and started a manufacturing business, Hotshot Performance Systems, with my future wife. We went on to break numerous records with our cars for over 12 years. If you've seen The Fast and the Furious movies, you've seen our work.

After that I joined EXIT Realty in San Dimas, and within 3 months, I was the top agent in the office, because I ran my business like a business, not a hobby. When the opportunity to join the Space division at Alliance Space Systems was offered to me, I could not refuse. Every part I made there, at Alliance, is up in space, circling the Earth right now.

Now, I'm back in San Dimas, at NuHome realty, with the best broker in the business. As hardworking and driven as ever, I am looking forward to helping clients, new and old, with any and all real estate transactions.
