John relocated to Prescott from Southern California where ge started and ran a successful Office Automation business for 15 years before selling to a NASDAQ company. Moving to Prescott in1992, he purchased a variety of residential and commercial real estate in the Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley areas. Later he decided that the Quad-City needed agents that were much more responsive to clients needs and wants than the agents he had worked with. After starting and running a business here for years and then selling it to a NYSE company, he went forward with his plans and entered the real estate arena in 2004. John's Real Estate education has taken him through both Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions. Trained as a CDPE "Certified Distressed Property Educator" this gives him a road map of helping families that are facing "Pre-Foreclosure" problems. In addition, he is Certified as a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource by the National Association of Realtors. On the commercial side John holds a CCSS "Certified Commercial Sales Specialist" awarded by the Commercial Real Estate Institute.
