The lowest available interest rate may yield a higher monthly payment if the loan is not properly structured. Planning and strategy are seldom considered when financing a home. We bring this concept back into the market place.

| Hello Joel & Tony, Our family extends our most sincere gratitude for all your work in making our dream a reality. I must admit that I have worked with several professionals in the Mortgage & Real Estate fields over the years but none come close to your professionalism and desire to get things done. From the beginning both of you demonstrated a sincere desire to help us reach our dream of becoming home owners and yesterday it became a reality. Tony did an amazing job negotiating and holding our hand through the entire process. It was amazing to see him getting inside information from the seller's agent and also from the sellers. At the end he was able to help us put together a solid offer that the sellers could not refuse. Yesterday he was out there making sure that the deal was closed and he delivered the keys to our new home at 8:10pm. He stayed with us on the property sharing in the joy of the new home until we left. Joel was great in staying in touch with us on a weekly basis, making sure all of our questions were answered. When ever we needed planning figures he was there for us. I most say that we are absolutely impressed by the amount of communication that we received from him. As I expressed above I've dealt with many lenders over the years but none come close to the service, communications, and professionalism that we received from Joel and his group.
