I specialize in mortgages for Primary Residence or Investment use. FHA/VA/USDA/Conventional. I also specialize in manufactured home loans (land/home packages). FHA and VA are great for customers who don't have stellar credit (minimum mid-score of 600). USDA offers 100% financing for qualified buyers and properties (if you don't know if your buyer or property qualifies, call me).
I can also do FHA 203(K) Streamlined Rehab loans. This loan allows a buyer to purchase a home, and finance up to $35,000 for imporovements to the home. If you have foreclosure listings that need some work done, this loan is perfect for your buyers.
VA loans offer 100% financing, with no monthly MI.
