Born and raised in Texas, I have lived in the DFW area since 2006. I specialize in the local markets of Coppell, Valley Ranch, Las Colinas, Carrollton, Lewisville, Addison and Grapevine. However I do cover the entire DFW metroplex and have clients in Plano, McKinney, Southlake, Benbrook, Dallas and Ft. Worth, just to name a few. I recently earned the nationally recognized Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and am also a certified Military Relocation Specialist (MRP). I am continually working on obtaining the skills and knowledge to earn other industry designations such as ABR, CNE, and E-Pro.
Before getting my Real Estate License, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications - Broadcasting and worked for over 10 years as a Producer, Editor and Videographer. When I ventured into real estate, I thought I was making a complete 180 degree change. To my surprise and delight that is not the case at all. I couldn't have entered into a career in real estate at a better time, as my background in video, photography and media put me directly in sync with the needs and desires of a rapidly growing, technologically-based consumer.
My committment to my clients is evident in the testimonials I have recieved and referrals that they have sent to me. I pride myself in being a resource for my clients long after the ink dries on the contract. Because being a Realtor is more than just bricks and mortar. It's about families and community and a place to call home. I work hard at making real estate easy for my clients!

| Mr. Grisham is a wonderful realtor. My husband and I moved to the area recently. Jay spent an entire weekend with us finding a home to rent. We only flew in for the weekend, and had to find a home to rent in two days. When we were riding around looking, he told us about the city and areas. He made the entire process much more enjoyable than we expected it to be. Jay was very determined to help us find and place, and he did. We found a house we love.
