I have over 17 years experience in mortgage banking, housing and real estate. As a Certified Mortgage Planner, I understand that mortgage financing is probably the largest transaction that clients will make in their lifetime. Typically, mortgage financing is a large piece of a client's overall financial strategy. I integrates financial planning concepts into the mortgage process and offer clients strategies that encompass mortgages, debt, home equity and real estate investment. I work with clients to find loan products that are consistent with, and complimentary to, their overall financial plan. In identifying appropriate mortgage products I consider the client's financial plan, tolerance for risk, and current and future plans. This approach assures that client's are placed in mortgage products appropriate for their situation. As an excellent communicator, she is able to work effectively with all clients - from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. My business and financial education makes me uniquely suited to dealing with the most complicated scenarios and the self-employed with sole proprietorships, C or S corporations.
Certifications
I take a consultative approach with each client. The initial client interview seeks to get information about the client's overall financial plan and goals, in addition to the specific property and transaction information. My clients are full partners in understanding and choosing the mortgage product that best fits their situation. I pride myself in educating my clients on not just the mortgage product, but on every aspect of the transaction process. I carefully review all documents and the costs of the transaction with my clients. I know that clients don't want surprises at the closing table and neither do I. Rest assured that the closing will be worry-free with the correct rate, product, terms, etc. Further, I attend my client's closings to assure everything goes smoothly and to complete the process right alongside my clients.
