Ikenna has been a San Francisco Bay Area resident since 1996 and a licensed real estate Broker since 2006. He is a committed, service-oriented, and purposeful real estate consultant. | Ikenna is a very helpful person who is very interested in finding a home for you. I was very excited to have met Ikenna and was glad I had the chance to work with him. He has been a friend and Agent at the same time and has provided me with so much information about homes. I would highly recommend Ikenna to any of my friends or family members and in fact would call him up again if I decide to sell my home. When I finally purchased my first home Ikenna was very involved from the start to finish and even afterwards when everything was all done. | We went with Ikenna with no previous reviews or knowledge of him. We told him we were thinking of selling and he asked to let him be of service. We went with him on a pure gut move, and boy we were glad we did. From the first meeting he was very professional, courteous and patient explaining the whole process and forms needed. He was spot on with his price point and we had multiple offers in the first week. He helped us shift through the offers and select the most promising (strong) one. In the end our home was very competitive on the market and we sold in under 2 months for more than what we asked. If ever we need the service of a realtor again he will be our first choice. We would definitely recommend him to family and friends |

| Ikenna was extremely helpful to me and my family in finding a home for my job transfer to the Bay Area. When two other agents in a different firm all but gave up because of the low inventory of the area Ikenna didn't even flinch and kept a positive forward looking perspective.
