I have a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Civil Engineering which gives me an expertise in analyzing structures; heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems. I also have a Master's degree in Business Administration which provided me with analytical and marketing skills. I am trained in contract law and negotiations. These are the distinct skills that set me apart from my peers:

I am both an owner of a primary residence and an income property. This allows me to empathize with both of these types client principals.
I also speak a few foreign languages - French and Spanish in which I'm fluent. My training in Greek and Latin sometimes helps with understanding contracts.
