In addition to being a full time Realtor, I teach a variety of classes. I teach pre-licensing for state real estate licenses, in addition to Real Estate Investing, How to Buy Foreclosures, Selling Your House, Buying a House at the local high schools, Vernon Hills, Mundelein, Libertyville, Adult Education Programs. I also give seminars on a regular basis with mortgage people, attorneys, and home inspectors. My goal is always to make sure the buyers and sellers I work with have a complete understanding of the process.
