I've been blessed to have been selling some of the most beautiful country and vineyard properties in the Napa Valley since 1985. I specialize in country get aways from small weekenders to graceful mansions, vineyards with or without homes and Silverado Country Club properties. As a vineyard owner myself for the last 10 years, I offer a special perspective on buying vineyard land or producing vines. My specialty is Napa Valley country property meaning anything outside the city limits of the various towns in the Valley. I have sold vineyards, land to plant vineyards, weekend getaways on an acre or two, 40 acre and larger parcels to develop estate homes, winery parcels etc. In addition, I lived at Silverado Country Club and have owned property there since 1975 so know the Club and it's housing very well. More recently, my husband and I developed 40 acres of vineyards for ourselves and I've learned first hand what farming is all about. I'm happy to be a resource for agents in any of these areas or for buyers and sellers considering a sale or purchase. There's so much to know when it comes to rural land: septic issues; zoning issues; wells and water rights; land use issues; vineyard practises, proceedures and profitability- the list is endless.
