Born on the East Coast my family later moved to Illinois, where I attended college, and I later followed my family to Ventura. Since I enjoyed the urban life in Chicago I assumed I would eventually live in another urban area such as San Francisco or LA. however, I quickly fell in love with Ventura. The wonderful weather, the friendly people, the ocean air, the relaxed atmosphere. I feel lucky to have been able to raise a family and live in paradise. It's very rewarding helping others find or sell a home in such a wonderful place to live.
Having been a successful business owner for 25 years, I needed to be able to solve problems quickly, as well as be creative in marketing and adept at budgeting. I bring all of these qualities and more to real estate. I really enjoy working with people and concluding a transaction to the end with all participants happy and satisfied. I work hard to fulfill your real estate goals.
I have experience with residential properties, both multi and single family homes, condos, manufactured homes, as well as agricultural land. My designations include Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRS), Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

| Dolores worked diligently to show me any property I was interested in seeing. She found me another lender who could complete the transaction when the lender changed the down payment and interest rate at the last minute, even though we were in escrow and were told we had approval. She made sure all the inspections were done and negotiated the price a new closing date as well as possession. I would recommend Dolores as she is a good negotiator. |

| After Dolores sold my little beach house I was interested in finding a home with a rental. We spent months looking for just the right property and finally found a hidden gem that was not on the market but in the process of being fixed up. Dolores kept an eye on the property and made sure to be the first agent to submit the offer, and it was accepted. She worked very hard to find the right home for me, and to negotiate the transaction, as well as all the inspections. |

| As the buyer of my first home, Dolores really gave me the red carpet treatment! She was representing the seller of the home I spotted driving through a Ventura neighborhood. I called her up and she was there within minutes to take me through the home. Everything from the submission to the offer, to the signing of the papers and the escrow itself process went very smoothly, and even when a little hiccup came up towards the end of it, Dolores was active in ensuring that it didn't cause any significant delays. As a first time buyer, I was in some unfamiliar territory, and Dolores was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have had, as well as being proactive in hunting down inspectors, contractors, etc. to give me a true picture of the home that I was purchasing. I very much felt like she had my best interests in mind even though she was representing the seller. The experience overall went great! |
