Working in the real estate industry for almost 12 years has given me a wide range of experience in the many different paths you can take in this great career.  From mortgage banking to property management, I've been around it all, making my knowledge base quite diverse.  This especially challenging time in real estate has given me the opportunity to expand out into real estate law, acquiring a more profound view of the industry. At this time, I am working primarily with sellers who fall into the "short sale" process.  For the past two and a half years, I have been helping homeowners navigate through these rough waters of the short sale process and get to "closing" as quickly and smoothly as possible.
