I have worked in sales, taught school, been a maintenance man for a real estate management company and even pastored a church. I am a retired Deputy Sheriff. Now I am starting a new career. I am a new real estate agent. All of the professional advice given to home buyers is to find a seasoned agent. I am certain I have lost many potential clients because they want a more experienced agent.
I am not new to real estate. As an investor, I took college classes on real estate. At one time I worked as a maintenance man for a large property management company. I have been involved in buying and selling real estate for some 40+ years. I and partners have purchased, owned, managed rehabilitated and traded properties.
I enjoy the challenge of beginning my career in a down market. It is a good opportunity to learn the basics of the industry
I am affiliated with an office that have several agents who are in their third decade of real estate sales. I rely heavily upon their experience and guidance to manage my clients transactions. I am grateful to them for their willingness to help. With today's technology, (cell phone) I have never had to leave a client waiting for an answer to their questions.
I do not specialize. I am an equal opportunity agent. I each client identify their goal, then work for them to reach that goal. I do not focus on my commission. If you want a $100,000.00 house or a $500,000.00 house, you get the same effort from me. I am professional. I gather the information from my support team of seasoned advisors and assistants.
I have an interest in making an impossible situation into a realized dream. We work together to make clients dreams come true.
