What Can I Offer You? From an early age, I watched my father develop a strong work ethic that carried him through life. He always dealt with people, professionally and personally, on a genuine and honest level.  I entered the Air Force when I was 18 and retired when I was 38 after 20 years.  During that time, I developed well structured work habits and organization skills that carry with me today.  I retired in 1996 as a Senior Master Sergeant and earned the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal. I had the responsibility of supervising 5 shops with a staff of over 500.  I managed the fanancial resources and day-to-day operations of a maintenance organization comprised of both active duty and civilan employees. One of the best things I learned during my military tenure was that you treat every person you meet with the same dignity and respect as you treat your own family. I earned my degree in Social Psychology from Park University, graduating Magna Cum Laud.  As a Delaware Big Brother, I have enjoyed serving my local community since 1997 and as a former Covenant House Innkeeper in New York City, it gave me the opportunity to serve people beyond my immediate reach. I joined the Keller Williams Realty team in Delaware in April 2007 and my realizations have exceeded my expectations working with this wonderful family.  I treat all my clients with the same dignity and respect as I learned from my father.
