| Jani and Tom Sedaker, Corona, CA formerly from Plano, TX- "We are so pleased at the job Terri and Ron have done in selling our home. We tried for six months to sell it ourselves, and then we gave it to a discount broker. This was a lot of work on our part and we never had much traffic or even an offer on the house. I knew that Terri and Ron had a great reputation and Tom and I decided to go with them since we relocated and couldn't continue to market the home ourselves. Ron and Terri were outstanding in their presentation and preparation with a marketing plan for the home. Once we decided to list with Ron and Terri, they were in action that same day. They added the yard sign with 4-color fliers, added the listing to the MLS, scheduled a realtor tour, planned a unique open house and also set up our own website address.
