A master of science degree from Syracuse University's SI Newhouse School of Public Communications nicely compliments that experience. My mastery of the knowledge and practical expertise needed for success in real estate sales far exceeds that which is found in 99% of real estate agents today. In fact, my business experience and Hunt ERA's real estate training is superior preparation for handling practically all the tasks involved to get your sale or purchase to a successful close.The processes Hunt ERA uses are proven effective, the technology used is industry leading, and I am one of the best at this business. And notably, Hunt Real Estate is the largest ERA broker in America today.



Mastery of the processes and knowledge of the entire sales process (and potential problem areas) for Single Family Residential, Multi-Family Residential, and Condominiums & Townhouses. This includes National Association of Realtors certification for Short Sales and Forclosure Resource, and NY Department of State's Continuing Education Instructor certification for Sustainable Housing and Building Green courses. Basically, I teach real estate agents, brokers, appraisers, and home inspectors about the current practices and technical information in these emerging subject area to better serve their clients and the public. And starting in January 2012, I will hold dual licensing for servicing residential real estate and commercial real estate client transactions.
