I became a licensed real estate agent in 1967 while attending college atwhat is now The University of New Orleans.

My involvement with real estate has spanned almost 41 years as an agent,investor, developer and contractor.

I have completed the necessary educational requirements set forth by the State of Texas to sit for my Texas Broker's License and will do so in early 2008.

Additionally, I hold the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and am completing the necessary requirements for the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation along with my e-Pro certification

In 1983 I moved to Montgomery County and have called the greater Woodlands area home for both my family and two businesses that were based here.

From the first sale I made some 39 years ago which was small starter home in a suburban part of New Orleans that cost just under five thousand dollars to perhaps the five hundred thousand dollar sale I may have made a month or so ago, I realize that the purchase of real estate, large or small, is one of the greatest decisions an individual will ever make and I will do whatever necessary to assist my clients in making that decision a wise one.
