| Testimonials: My husband and I were given Chris's name after we fired another real estate agent. We were in a time crunch with respect to finding a house to buy. After listening to what we were looking for, Chris immediately had several options that actually matched what we told him (as opposed to the previous real esate agent). At one point in our search, the area's real estate computer system went down. Chris didn't let that hinder our search and had several personal contacts he used which allowed us to continue our house search, ultimately finding a great match for what we needed. This was in 2003. When we sold that house in 2006 we had Chris help us sell that house, which sold at a higher price than we paid and in a relatively short period of time. Currently we are working with Chris again and this search has been much longer because our requirements are more stringent. He has always been efficient and flexible with respect to our work schedule and arranging home tours. He also is prompt and curteous and has never exhibited an impatient manner, which would be easy to do considering how long this particular house search has gone on.
