My real estate career has been rich with variety.  Starting off in general real estate in 1988, I worked for a company in Dennis that offered a lot of rentals too.  Driving those potential summer renters from house to house sure did give me a sense of where all the back roads are in Dennis, Yarmouth, Harwich and Brewster. And this was before cell phones and gps systems!!  I sold everything from land, to homes, to commercial buildings.  I learned to put together building packages, and my love of new construction was born. 

For 10 years I worked on site at a 55+ new construction condominium community.  I was listing broker for all resales and sold new construction.  I became intensly aware of a potential homeowner's likes/dislikes and hope/dreams as we found that perfect location on a very large site. 

I also had the pleasure of working for two years for a very reputable modular home builder. This particular company built high quality homes through out Southeaster Massachusetts.  It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this process to any buyer interested.  I can help you find land and assist in your design choices.
