I have found that knowledge is king and have continually worked, studied and observed to increase my areas of expertise. Having recently obtained my Broker's License, I am now the Designated Broker for our office. This means that I review all contracts for legal issues and situations that could lead to a customer being left exposed. My position is to treat every customer as if they were Donald Trump. I have become a resource to most other agents in our office in areas of land development, investment analysis, liability issues and pricing questions. I teach classes in our office on how to properly price a home and presenting offers to sellers.
